FRAMED KEEPSAKES

Framed Keepsakes are only available throughout Melbourne.

You have 2 options. You can either visit our studio or book a mobile visit.

The mobile service is an additional $25 and includes us visiting you in your home   (area restrictions apply - refer to suburb list) and this also includes the delivery back to you when complete.

GIFT VOUCHERS : FRAMED KEEPSAKES

**Please note: This range is only available in Melbourne Metro.

Gift Vouchers are redeemable by appointment only at our studio or with the mobile service    (area restrictions apply - refer to suburb list) .

They are valid until applicable age limit expires (ie under 12 months) or from 6 months of purchase.

PHOTOS FOR FRAMED KEEPSAKES

You have 2 options. You can either supply your own photo (5 x7). Alternatively, Pit a Patter has an arrangement with 2 professional photographers - Maple Gallery ( www.maplegallery.com.au) - Western suburbs and Pure Blossom Photography (www.pureblossomphotography.com.au) - Sth Eastern suburbs, that will offer you a sitting session with a complimentary photo for your keepsake. No further obligation applies. 

Should you choose so, any further photographic arrangements are between the photographer and client. 

Pit a Patter is not responsible or accountable for any further agreements between the two parties.

Framed keepsakes are generally ready within 3 - 6 weeks but this can vary depending on frame and design choice and waiting photos.

CARING FOR YOUR FRAMED KEEPSAKE

Something so precious and timeless requires general care. 

We recommend that you avoid displaying your Framed Keepsake over direct heat (ie fireplace and heating vents) and in direct light.

This range is available Australia wide. Gift Vouchers outside Melbourne Metro can be redeemed by contacting Pit a Patter . Melboune  Metro residents can redeem gift vouchers by contacting Pit a Patter , booking an appointment at our studio or with the mobile service (area restrictions apply - refer to suburb list). They are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

*Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or transferable.

ORDERING

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for correct spelling and information that is to be stamped or engraved.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm that your order is correct.

Any error cannot be rectified in the jewellery once the making process has commenced and order confirmed. All items are listed in AUD $.

All products may exhibit a slight variation to those displayed on our website as each item is individually handcrafted. Unlike mass produced machine made products each impression or jewellery will display unique and individual qualities.

Fingerprint jewellery is not recommended for babies under 6 months of age. This is because although prints vary with genetics and age, generally the swirls under this age will not be very evident and will only provide the overall fingerprint form.

Fingerprint Capture kits are not recommended for under 6 months of age. Rather, you can book a studio or mobile service appointment.

All images displayed on our website are subject to copyright rules and must not be reproduced without consent from Pit a Patter.


DELIVERY TERMS

Pit a Patter uses Australia Post mail service. 

We offer 2 postal options.

Regular Registered Parcel Post - $15.  This can take between 1- 5 business days. It provides online tracking and requires a signature on delivery. It also includes $150 insurance. 

Express Post Platinum Parcel Post - $20. This offers the same benefits at Regular Registered Post with guaranteed next business day delivery (providing your address is within the Express Post Network). 

Please visit www.auspost.com.au to check for details. This method will be using ONLY when dispatching the final completed product.

Please note expected delivery times after our dispatch via Austraia Post services before your postage selection.

Parcels can be tracked via Australia Post. Please contact Pit a Patter for your tracking number. 

Pit a Patter assumes no responsibility for delays incurred via Australia Post. 

We endeavour to dispatch your jewellery item within 7 days (excluding Public Holidays) of placing your handstamped jewellery order or of receiving your impression capture kits.

Framed keepsakes are generally ready within 3 - 6 weeks but this can vary depending on frame and design choice and waiting photos.

Should you require a piece urgently please contact us to discuss your options. We can at times accomodate urgent orders

We reserve the right to change prices without notice and to refuse any orders.


USE OF KITS

Pit a Patter will not be held responsible for any misuse of both the impression capture and inkless kits when in care of purchaser.

It is therefore important to read all supplied information carefully.

It is recommended that you wash your hands carefully after contact with the products. 

In the instance that a reaction should occur immediately rewash with soapy water and please contact a doctor.

All kits should only be used under the direct supervision of an adult.

As we are committed to providing the highest quality product we reserve the right to seek additional prints/ artwork for the jewellery range should they not be of satisfactory standard.

This may lead to delays with delivery of your finished product. In this event, addtitional kits can be purchased for $10 for impression capture kit, $20 for inkless kit (Postage Inclusive).

The "Fingerprint Capture" kit is not recommended for under 6 months of age.

OUR POLICY

Pit a Patter prides itself on quality and service.

In line with our committment, should you have any concerns, please contact Pit a Patter within 5 days of receiving your order.

Pit a Patter will aim to resolve, replace or refund your product upon receiving its return in its original packaging. It is the responsibility of the buyer for the return back to and from Pit a Patter. If a refund is deemed necessary, any initial postage or delivery costs paid will not be included in the refund.

Pit a Patter will not accept any responsibility based on change of mind, incorrect ordering, misuse of kits or personal likening or preference. 

Should an order be cancelled once it has been started, 30% of the product price and any postage or mobile service already paid will be withheld. 

All goods are covered in case of defective workmanship for 3 months after completion. (Jewellery chains are not included as they are subject to wear and tear). It is however,the clients resonsibility for the return back to and from Pit a Patter.

Should any product require repair or replacement after this period, costs will be incurred by the client (postage, workmanship and materials).

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

Silver is a precious metal and may require cleaning and general care.

It is prone to tarnishing and scratching and therefore needs to be treated with general care.

When not wearing your jewellery piece, we recommend storing it in the anti tarnish zip lock bag that has been provided on its own.

This will prevent it rubbing and scratching from other pieces and will protect it from the pollutants and moisture in the air which can cause tarnishing.

It can cleaned in warm, soapy water and carefully dried. This will remove  light tarnish and dullness.

Then use the silver cleaning cloth which has anti tarnish properties to add shine.

We advise against using or exposing your silver piece to household cleaners as they can be very abrasive and may ruin your jewellery.

Please note that chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided.

Please regularly check all findings and fittings (eg jumprings) for general wear and tear.
